Under the Conner Administration, the Governor has a 4 stage plan to assist in removing governmental hurdles from each individuals path.

Thus liberating One's ability to exercise both his/her  Constitutional & UNALIENABLE rights to:

STAGE 1

The assembly of a Seasoned Legal Panel charged with reviewing EVERY LAW in the State of New Mexico;  with the sole directive to search &  identify any/all "REDUNDANT" & "OBSOLETE" Laws

STAGE 2

Said results will be categorize into "REPEAL" or "Inactive Statue"  & will compile in a 

"PEOPLES REPORT" for review by State Representatives & YOU... Our Neighbors.

STAGE 3

passage of an all inclusive bill that sweeps said laws from (off) New Mexico's books

STAGE 4

the passage of a "Add-One/Take-One"

ANTI-HOARDING LAW.   that will prevent future quashing of New Mexican freedoms via limiting the sure number of overall laws under the adage:

"Keep it simple, keep it low"

Thus, the LAW of 1000
