 would result an even 28day/4week Months, 13 times a year, plus 1 extra day at the new year (aka-New Years Day), with a bonus of an extra-extra day every 4yrs!

* phase out Imperial weights & Measurement system in lieu of the metric system, would make New Mexico stand out & get Us ahead of the coming national changes

* Join Arizona in NOT recognizing "Daylight Savings Time"
