In light of the expanding global discord among nation states, couple with the obvious and trackable rise in discontent amongst the citizenry of said Governments;

would it not behove our 33rd Governor to rally Our state legislators in an united front to draft & enact an Amendment to Our State Constitution

that protects and safeguards the "freedoms & Liberties" of 

all resident new Mexicans via adding an amendment to

Our State Constitution that satisfies and ensures

Constitutional Continuity at the State Level, should any and/or either of the following transpire:

 

- the federal government continues to ignore, violate and/or disregard(s) the U.S. Constitution and the rights therein with respects & dealings with the State of New Mexico and/or those residing within it's boarders

- relinquish any and/or all U.S. Constitution authority to a foreign power, second party and/or entity for any reason

​

- experiences a collapse and/or prolonged disruption in it's ability to execute its governing duties (for what ever reason)
