Governor CONNER fully embraces his duty bound responsibilities to pursue legislation that enhances One's freedoms throughout all aspects of each New Mexicans life including those in the digital realm, such as:

 

* Right to view all personal information collected on you and the ownership there of.

* Right to have said "Personal Information" deleted and/or scrubbed from the entity that currently hold said data

* Right of full disclosure on usage of said data

* The enforcement of "Freedom of Speech" right(s)

​

* De-Platforming Protection & standardized 

appeals process via a third party STATE re-view

​

* passage of State regulation(s), that govern any/all entities proclaiming "FACT-CHECKING" authority must include:

1. the Full Name/Identity of those issuing Fct-ck's

​

2. a set # of resources needed to be considered Fctck'd

​

3. an Appeal process to overturn any disputed Fct-ck'd

​

4. fines levied against those who incorrectly Fct-ck'd
