It will be a paramount priority,

of the CONNER's Administration, to work with the Roundhouse to not only draft, but Shepard the passage of New Mexico's version of Texas' bill "H.R. 490 (aka "the HEARTBEAT LAW"), with 3 additions added as follows:

* Any physician/person who knowingly performs and/or assists in an abortion in violation of this law will be imprisoned and charged with:

1st degree MURDER

* A mother upon whom an abortion is performed did so willing/knowingly in violation of this law will be imprisoned and charged with

1st degree MURDER

​

* Any person who aids in, assists and/or contributes in the violation of this law will be imprisoned and charged with

2nd degree MURDER

​

Furthermore, let it be known that those whom chose to engage in acts that violate this

"RIGHT to LIFE Law"
