this project would encourage both statewide tourism, while generating economic stimulus & job creations in the more  rural areas of New Mexico

this event & others like it, would/will take advantage of existing (yet under utilized) opportunities that would/will embody not only Local, but State-wide Pride, atop of seizing economic opportunities

with favorable attention granted

Why should ski basins ONLY be seasonal employment, when the commercial infrastructure is already in place to accommodate year-round tourism? So... why not promote

both

Well, it's exactly what it saids it is! The entire pole that supports the actual "traffic Light" illuminates the color of the traffic light!  This is not only an enhancement that will help curb accidents due to those who

"just didn't see the light",

but dually, it adds to the overall aesthetic unique to New Mexico!

* PROJECT DARK SKY

One of the greatest gifts that should be free to all, is the starry night sky!

 

  Although New Mexico ranks high among the other states for the absence of light pollution, We have yet to achieve "PURE DARKNESS"!

Thus, robbing countless from enjoying Our version of a 

"STARRY NIGHT"!  Under the CONNER Administration, we hope to see the State Outline of New Mexico, silhouetted in

Pure Darkness when seen from space at night, in 2026!
