yet pragmatic when applied to One's own personal auto insurance

Said laws & regulations will contain changes such as:

​

AUTO INSURANCE

* ban the practice of consumer credit checks as a determination of auto insurance rates

​

* ban "slap-the-wrist" practices; such as increasing rates for lapses in auto coverage

​

* enact a law that states "Auto Insurance" rates may only be influenced by "auto" related events involving the operation of a motor vehicle and/or the documented ability to operate a motor vehicle on a person by person established assessment formula 

​

* enact a statue that requires Auto Insurance companies be made to offer "Coverage" on the Person vs. Vehicle  (ins goes with you, not the car)
