Therefore, when addressing the dis-armament of those policies, regulations or laws that cause, may cause or are currently causing an erosion to the Rights and/or freedoms of those who call this

Land of Enchantment Home; may just find a measure of economic security by:

* Creating a "New Mexico BULLION BUREAU"

* Funding, the construction & staffing of a

New Mexico State Bullion depository (NMSBD)

​

* Making the NMSBD answerable to the sitting Governor & any Resident New Mexican!  

​

* requiring a yearly "in person" audit coupled with "live-stream" coverage.  Thus satisfying public transparency 

​

* ensuring that New Mexicans have a legally guaranteed right to pay for goods & services, as well as, public & private debts with (U.S.) legal tender

 

* Having a Statewide mechanism in place capable to regulate the issuance and/or circulation of New Mexican  "Bullion Backed" Legal State tender;  should U.S. Currency become either valueless or deleted from circulation (regardless of reason and/or substitution(s))

* Barring New Mexico sellers from refusing to accept either U.S. Cash /tender or Emergency issued New Mexico State currency as payment(s) for good & services, as well as, banned from charging additional fees for doing so.
