NEW MEXICO's

1. It violates One’s 2nd, 4th, 9th* & 14th. (sec1) Constitutional Rights
It violates One's Natural RIGHT to live by the pragmatic law that states:
5. And finally, given the unquestionably blatant and intentional violations to a targeted segment of the general populous by an “Corrupt Organization”, I can see this as a violation of Federal Code 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961-1968, also known as the R.I.C.O. Act!
4. It also violates Title 18, U.S.C. Sec 242 of the Department of Justice, while endangering the freedom of any Law Enforcement Officer(s) tasked to execute any type of seizure under the “Color of Law”.
2. It violates Bill of Rights, Article II Section 6, 10, (14?), 18, 20, 23*, 24 (3)(11), of the New Mexico State Constitution

3. It violates New Mexico’s Criminal Offenses
§ 30-16-1(A)&(H) and pending on the value of stolen weapons could incl’d additional violations ranging from (B) through (G) of said State Statute. As well as, New Mexico’s Statute
