* enact a law that states "Auto Insurance" rates may only be influenced by "auto" related events involving the operation of a motor vehicle and/or the documented ability to operate a motor vehicle on a person by person established assessment formula

* enact a statue that requires Auto Insurance companies be made to offer "Coverage" on the Person vs. Vehicle  (ins goes with you, not the car)

In light of an era where Social Media & Search Engines command an absolute reign over all other forms of communication & commerce;

 

Governor CONNER fully embraces his duty bound responsibilities to pursue legislation that enhances One's freedoms throughout all aspects of each New Mexicans life including those in the digital realm, such as:

 

* Right to view all personal information collected on you and the ownership there of.

* Right to have said "Personal Information" deleted and/or scrubbed from the entity that currently hold said data

where there once was a Radiant Beacon of Journalistic 

integrity, now airs a crumbling shadow of itself due to the crushing demand(s) of allegiance to Corporate Propaganda & State approved messaging to the people

Thus, violating Their F.C.C. mandate to

"SERVE (the) PUBLIC INTEREST"

So, to aide in his duty bound quest to return 

"integrity" & a modicum of "trust" to Our Public Airways, Our future Governor will focus on legislation that addresses the following:

1. Enact a State version of the "FAIRNESS DOCTRINE"

​

2. Ban any/all advertisements during "NEWS" broadcasts

​

3. Classify the term "ALLEGEDLY" as NOT NEWS WORTHY

​

4. Dissolve any/all "Personal Liability" protections of both News Personalities & support staff concerning Libel & Slander legal actions

5. Enact a STATE "Community Standard" with regards to the  

term "NEWS"; to include "No Less than 3 verifiable sources

6. Issue fines for "NEWS" broadcasts and/or broadcaster's that engage in "gossip" 

​

7. State Ban on "Direct-to-consumer Pharmaceutical Advertising" via public airwaves 

​

8. Ban on "If It Bleeds-It Leads "policy 

​

9. A community standard act; that mandates a  60/40 metric on  the airing of good vs. bad news

10. Formation of a "Child & Wellness" panel to explore 

-commerce vs. childhood- as a community standard;

followed by a Ballot Initiative

With Scott's established pragmatic moxie & celebrated tenacity for accomplishing the

un-accomplishable; has motivated this Non-political State Employee to "give-a-think" as to what "modifications" could be undertook for the betterment of those who hired Him to be Our 33rd Governor of this breathtaking

Then why continue prescribing highly addictive, mind altering medications to those with mental/ 

emotional issues without taking a peek under the hood first?!   That being said, As Governor, Scott will

prioritize passage of a State law mandating that all New Mexican prescribers practicing in the field of mental health be required to obtain a:

A functional MRI brain scan

prior to being allow to write an Rx for psychotropics

in order to: 

1- better diagnose the root cause to his/her condition

2- entertain a holistic course treatment, in lieu of involving the use of psychotropic pharmacology

3- better predict which patients will respond positively to antidepressant therapy

* Funding, the construction & staffing of a

New Mexico State Bullion depository (NMSBD)

* Making the NMSBD answerable to the sitting Governor & any Resident New Mexican!  

* requiring a yearly "in person" audit coupled with "live-stream" coverage.  Thus satisfying public transparency 

* ensuring that New Mexicans have a legally guaranteed right to pay for goods & services, as well as, public & private debts with (U.S.) legal tender

* Having a Statewide mechanism in place capable to regulate the issuance and/or circulation of New Mexican  "Bullion Backed" Legal State tender;  should U.S. Currency become either valueless or deleted from circulation (regardless of reason and/or substitution(s))

* Barring New Mexico sellers from refusing to accept either U.S. Cash/tender or Emergency issued New Mexico State currency as payment(s) for good & services, as well as, banned from charging additional fees for doing so.

- the federal government continues to ignore, violate and/or disregard(s) the U.S. Constitution and the rights therein with respects & dealings with the State of New Mexico and/or those residing within it's boarders

- relinquish any and/or all U.S. Constitution authority to a foreign power, second party and/or entity for any reason

- experiences a collapse and/or prolonged disruption in it's ability to execute its governing duties (for what ever  reason)
